The Craft: Every piece is uniquely handmade using medium to high-fired stoneware or porcelain. Because they are individually crafted, you can expect beautiful, natural variations in color and shape.

Care Instructions: Most everyday pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, though handwashing helps them last the longest. Decorative items (like metallic finishes) are not food-safe and will be clearly marked.

Custom Work: We don’t accept custom orders at the moment. But please check back or subscribe to learn of availability.

Shipping & Local Delivery: Orders ship within the U.S. only. Ready-to-ship items go out in 3–5 business days. If you are local to Leominster, Massachusetts, you can also choose next-day local delivery, at checkout.

Returns & Damages: Returns aren't accepted for a change of mind, but if your item arrives damaged, just email us with photos within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
